Installment purchase is enabled for customers who complete the required verification and documents. Availability does not guarantee credit for every order.

Customers must pay installments on time. Delays may pause order processing, limit access to credit services, or trigger follow-up under applicable rules.

Instant credit is calculated based on account data, order history, and Romano risk policies. The available amount may change over time.

Instant credit can only be used for eligible Romano services and orders. It cannot be transferred to another person or withdrawn as cash.

If suspicious behavior, inconsistent data, or previous unpaid obligations are detected, Romano may reduce or pause access to credit.

Gold maker services support custom gold design and manufacturing orders. Customers should clearly provide brief, budget, timing, and design limitations.

After design and estimate approval, major changes may affect cost or delivery time. Romano coordinates important changes before applying them.

Craft quality, final weight, and finishing details are checked against the registered agreement and Romano production standards.

Bank loans are provided by financial partners. Romano only facilitates introduction, information display, and initial coordination.

Final decisions about approval, amount, rate, guarantee, and payout timing are made by the bank or credit provider.

Customers should carefully review the bank contract before final approval. Accepted bank obligations remain the customer's responsibility.

Goods credit is activated through a partner provider and is subject to that service's terms and Romano rules.

Amount limits, repayment timing, fees, and availability may change based on verification results or partner policies.

Romano is not responsible for partner service interruptions outside its control, but will help guide and follow up with the customer.

Gold price guarantee is valid only in the timeframe and conditions shown during order registration.

In case of severe market movement, supply disruption, or customer changes to the order, Romano may revise the estimate.

The final price is calculated using weight, karat, labor, tax, and agreed costs, and is shown before finalizing the order.
